We have error 500 after edit images in the fck upload window. The thumbnail for images greater than 2MB is not showed. The problem is with images of 2MB or more.
Any suggestions?

Either there is a 2mb upload limit and the images never completed uploading, or the images are indeed there but your server is running out of memory trying to perform edits on the images.
Are you able to increase the amount of memory allocated to php?
eg ’memory_limit = 64M’ in your php.ini
