can't add child documents!!!???

Hi,

Not sure what’s happened but i can’t add child documents in 1.0.2
When i click on the parent document it opens the editing pane rather than the one that lists the documents data and where you can choose to view children...any ideas how to change this?

Are you right-clicking on the parent or left-clicking? The left-click will open the edit pane, the right-click will give you the options.

Thanks for responding.
I’m doing both. Right click opens up the options and i can choose ’resource overview’ but ideally i would like that to open by simply left clicking...then i could choose ’view children’ from the top tab.
Can i make the left clicking of a page open up the ’resource overview’ rather than it going directly to the edit pane???

Not any more. The default left-click action was changed to edit view by popular demand.

So is the only way to add child docs to right click and choose ’resource overview’?

Right click and choose "Create Resource Here"

inexplicably i have just tried that and it now works, but it was adding the document to the root previously!!...nevermind, all is good now.
