I have a strange problem with the expansion of parent/container documents that I am hoping for some assistance. In the manager, when I click on the plus sign (+) next to a parent document, it will not expand. However, if I click on the arrow icon to expand the entire site tree, all parent documents expand as expected. To make things more interesting, after expanding the entire tree by clicking on the arrow icon, I can click on the negative sign (-) to collapse the respective parent document, and subsequently, can click on the plus sign to expand it again and everything works. Subsequently, if I click on the arrow icon to collapse the entire site tree, the plus sign no longer works again. I have attached an image showing the tree in these different scenarios.
The original MODx version exhibiting this behavior was MODx 0.9.3, so the first thing I did was upgrade to 1.0.2, but the behavior persisted. This is strange because I have other MODx installs that do not exhibit this behavior. Some server issue maybe? Moreover, this behavior happens with FireFox 3.5 and Chrome 4. No javascript errors are generating that I can see in the error console.
