I created a role for Content Editor, and have given priviledge for the entire Content Management, I can create new Resource for sub-page, however I am getting a "You do not have permission to create or move a Resource here! Please choose another location if I tried to create a new Resource in the first level (root).
Is this how it’s supposed to work? This is the first time I ever created a role for user and I cannot give admin priviledge to Content Editor.
You need to also set "allow root" in System Settings if you want the user to be able to create docs in the site root.
