"Published Default" set to no but doing it anyway

Hello,

after upgrading 1.0.2 all resources are automatically publishing even though I have that option set to No in System Configuration. Any ideas why this is happening? For the meantime I have all of the editors doing the obvious workaround by setting a future publish date on all articles.

could be due to to ManagerManager’s default mm_default(’pub_date’); rule that comes with the 1.0.2 installation -> related: http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php?topic=43678.0
