After much reading line-by-line of the install files (I’m no SQL guru at all), I finally got an installer that will pre-populate: Chunks, Snippets, Plugins, Templates, Tvs & Pages (Resources).
However, my contact page with an eform call is not rendering correctly. I can get to the page just fine, but it displays the actual snippet code rather then the form.
Here’s the code in the setup.sql file:

Notice that the ! became and additional [ & ] at the start and end of the snippet and all my [()] internal snippets are changed/not there.
