It seems that the module developments are getting more often.
Well, I find that the Modules’ submenu doesn’t have the horizontal bar, and I have an excessive list of modules.
Any thought for the work around?

There is definitely a submenu bar; the first item on it will always be the "Manage Modules" menu item. One thing I never got around to fixing with that menu was refreshing the menu frame when adding or removing a module. If you don’t refresh the whole Manager page (or if your browser allows, refresh the menu frame), a new module won’t show up on the submenu. Someday the Manger will get weaned off those frames, then it won’t be an issue any more!
Well... actually I suppose I should say depending on how old your MODx installation is, there is definitely a Modules submenu bar. Which version of MODx are you using? I don’t remember when I added that to the menu.
