qmeditor in 1.0.2 is not pulling in CSS styles

    Any new installation i do using 1.0.2 seems to have a problem with the QM plugin. There is no styling for the qmeditor.

    when i view the source there is no reference to the CSS file.

    In the qm.inc.php file i can see the reference to the CSS file there.

    Has anyone else experienced this problem?
