[Solved] Missing TinyMCE link list on 1.0.2

I tried the solutions proposed in this thread (see above), I've deleted TinyMCE and reuploaded files from another site that is working, I've tried disabling the plugin for all users and the system, clearing the cache, clearing browser cache using Chrome and Safari, reenabling the plugin and still no luck.

Does 1.0.12 have a different version of TinyMCE?

Yes, it does (3.5.8)
And be sure to delete all cookies after upgrading, or test with browser incognito mode...

Just upgraded TinyMCE to the version that is included in MODx 1.0.13 and it still doesn't work.
