Upgrade to 1.0.3 Errors

Just upgraded to 1.0.3 from 1.0.2 and when I try to edit a resource I recieve this error:

The only changes I’ve made were in the help file and welcome.html file. I also added the snippet to hide the gd/zip error message.

What is this error telling me about manager/manager as I don’t have it enabled and never use it? I tried to re-enable it to see if that would fix it and now I cannot get in to disable it anymore. I get a similar error message as the one above.

I went into my assets/plugins/managermanager/function/ files and noticed that the requirefields.inc.php wasn’t in there so I deleted it from my server and everything seems to work fine now. I guess I’d better look through all the files to make sure there are no remnents of old files left from the upgrade as I assume that is what happened here.
