Upgraded from .96 to 1.0.3 and the resource broswer stopped working

I just upgraded and everything seems great except one thing, when you open up the resrouce browser in tinymce none of the panels load.

Two errors are shown on the window:

tinymce is null

What could be causing this?

Nevermind, something happened to the interface and filemanager paths in the configuration, once I reset them everything started to work as intended.
