Problems installing italian version

Hi! I put a topic in the Italian forum with no luck, so I’m re-posting here.

I’m trying to install locally the last EVO version, in Italian, but, after telling the db login info, nothing happens and I can’t go on. This is not the case if I use the eng version: all goes fine. See the attachments.

Can you help me please?

Yes there is a problem with the Italian installation. Usually I install MODx in English and I switch later to the Italian version.

Not SVN. I use de version I can download from this site.

You can remove it from install language file. And then install with no problem.
I don’t know why JS don’t like this symbols. Is there somebody who has same problem when trying to install with italian language? (I have)
One of the best solution (for me) is not to use html encoding. But è symbols will be shown without ’ sign. (dunno why js work this way)
