duplicate button

Hi,

In this build, the duplicate resource button seems to have disappeared? Any way to get it back?

Are you referring to the "Duplicate Resource" button at the top of the frame when viewing a document’s properties, or the one in the context menu in the Resource Tree?

This version now opens the resource for editing when clicking on the resource name in the Tree; the button is still available if you a) click the "Cancel" button to leave editing mode, or b) use the context menu in the Resource Tree near the bottom for "Resource Overview".

It’s now easier to use the context menu (just click on the little icon to the left of the resource) and use Duplicate Resource from there.

Yep, I mean at the top of the document,alongside the delete,cancel & preview buttons. Some of my clients have complained that the right click menu is very fiddly as it often is obscured. I think it would be a great improvement to have the duplicate button back at the top of the document.

The button is still there where it always was; in the Resource Overview view, not in the Resource Edit view. Since the Manager now opens by default in the Resource Edit view when the name is clicked on in the Tree, it doesn’t appear; you have to "Cancel" the edit to go to the Overview view.

Ah I see, well as the document overview page is bypassed so easily now, maybe it would be a good idea to have a duplicate button on the edit page? 3 of my clients have been unable to find it in this version of modx.
