1.0.3 Upgrade, tabs with no Manager interface

I upgraded from 1.0.2 to 1.0.3, and am having an odd problem. When I am in the Manager, and click on, say, Elements > Manage Elements, the Manager "background" is no longer in evidence - Manage Elements page (only) is contents of the whole screen.

If I go backward in the browser, I get back to the Manager -OR- I get a "Possible CRF attack..." text message.

What causes this? How to fix?

I’ve had this happen on upgrading, and the solution is to make sure to clear all cookies from your browser for the domain. Sometimes you’ll have a stale cookie from the last time you logged in to the old Manager.
