Backup tool broken with Russian

    Greetings to everything, I have again found a bug... in evolution 1.0.3 if i go tools tab then backup i get broken sql encoding. Language russian utf-8, encoding is bad in saved sql file like this
    INSERT INTO `modx_event_log` VALUES ('7','0','1270801987','2','1','0','Файл конфигурации все еще доступен для записи','Злоумышленники потенциально могут нанести вред вашему сайту. <strong>Серьёзно.</strong> Пожалуйста, установите права доступа к файлу конфигурации (/manager/includes/config.inc.php) в режим \'Только для чтения\'');

    if i do it phpmyadmin alls ok in modx 1.0.2 all works fine too.

        Just tested. No problem with backup tool.
        Open file as UTF-8 encoded.
