When trying to install 1.0.3 without the sample site, the site comes up with just the welcome text without any images, styles, etc. It appears to be missing all the html tags outside the ’Installation Complete’ message. Is this expected behavior for 1.0.3? Does it not install any template by default?
Yes, the minimal template that comes with 1.0.3 loads only the [*content*], nothing else. It has no styles or any other html attached to it.
