Is there a list of changed files?

short question actually. Is there a list of all affected files?
(Means those that changed from Evo1.0.2 to Evo1.0.3)

There is no human-created and annotated list of changed files between the versions.
But you can find this information in more detail than you may want, in FishEye

FishEye is indeed handy, had already seen that though. Just hoped for an overview of all files to quickly spot the relevant changes for the modifications I had done.

One of the way - download both versions and compare it with additional software.
