TinyMCE not showing up in IE7

I have had my second customer inform me that they cannot see TinyMCE in IE7. They can see the toggle checkbox, but it does not function. They only see the code view. This has occurred since upgrading from 1.0.2 to 1.0.3.

Has anyone else had this issue? Any ideas?
