        TinyMCE isn’t working. r6649
        tested with XAMPP.
        In htdocs directory working well. But, htdocs/whatever_folder/ isn’t.

            Have you run the installer in upgrade mode since updating your SVN? TinyMCE did have an update recently which may need you to rerun the installer.

                    Just tested with English - works fine in both folders.
                    With russian (manager) I didn’t see all themes.

                    And in some language files missed php close tag.
