jQuery upgrade newest version - any problems?

Just curious - is there anything in the Evo 1.04 installation that might go funny if I use the newest version of jQuery throughout? Anything else that should be updated if jQ is?

Unless you use a plugin that was not properly configured or build to work with the latest jQuery version.
If you have problems, they most likely are from Quick Manager but you can configure it to load or not jquery on the frontend

I wondered if there are any plugins, etc, installed with current Evo that might be bothered by newest jQ?

And, also, how best to prevent jQ problems/conflicts with QuickManager?

Finally, I want to install Cycle for some photos, and Cycle installation seems to throw Wayfinder off - am using WF accordion menu, and when Cycle is installed, the accordion will not close up. Is it difference in jQ versions, or some other clash?

My advice is to go ahead and do it. Don’t worry about it for now.
If you have problems and you think that they are because of QuickManager just post a link to your implementation and I’ll answer it ASAP.

Just don’t use QuickManager’s jQuery as it’s an older version
