Manager's style.css not found

    Hi all,
    with a freshly installed 1.0.4 (Rev: 6981) the manager would show without styles.
    I found that the system was looking for the file style.css in /manager/media/style/ - but it is located in /manager/media/style/MODxCarbon/...
    Copying the content of MODxCarbon one level up into style/ helped as a workaround.

      Found same problem, went to site configuration (css-less) and saw that the theme chosen was MODxCarbon. I chose it again, saved and voila, it loaded the style file. No need to move files up and down.
