"Menu index" missing for users

    Howdy!

    I’ve upgraded my MODx install from 0.9.6.3 to 1.0.4, and everything went quite well... except that my content managers no longer have the ability to change the "menu index" settings. I’ve looked through the role settings a dozen times, and just can’t figure out where to enable this. And FWIW, everything except "Permanently purge deleted Resources" under the content management header is enabled, and administrator users can view and change menu index settings.

    How do I re-enable this functionality for my end users?

      Latest MODx Evo is shipped with ManagerManager and its "mm_demo_rules", I suspect that some rules are matching with your roles and hidding the fields.

      Just rename the mm_demo_rules chunk and see if things get ok.
