Upgrade to 1.0.4 multiple manager issues

Hi,

I just upgraded from 1.0.2. I’m now having a few strange issues in the manager. Not sure if these should be on different posts or not. I’ll list them succinctly and hopefully someone has a fix for one or more.

1) visual editor not displaying ( Tools / Interface & Features -- for "Editor to Use" nothing shows up but an empty select box.

2) ManagerManager no longer working -- I have the correct rules chunk configured but rules aren’t having any effect

3) Small aesthetic issue - when viewing/editing documents the topmost part of the right side edit area is getting clipped -- so you only see the very bottom of the "Edit Resource" header

First, try making sure that your browser cache is completely cleared, as well as all cookies for the domain. Then log in again. I’ve had problems with stale cookies, and also with a browser stubbornly trying to use a cached .js file from the old MODx installation.

Yep, I tried clearing the cache and logging in again. Still nothing. I’m even missing some relevant tabs such as "File Manager" in "Configuration" -- unless that changed in version 1.0.4.

I guess I’m going to try a totally clean install and if everything is working fine just replace the default database install with the up to date client version and see if that works... or if the issue presents itself again.
