I have tried loading the 1.0.4 twice. What happens is it gets past the database part, gets past the load site, but when it gets to where you click on the agreement and to uninstall the install files it runs but does not seem to finish it. Show no message at the bottom that the action of deleteing the install has happened. After a while I refresh the screen and check the install and the screen is blank.
I tried deleting the database, domain set up and restarting the process afater downloading a fresh copy and it still does it. Anyone with any ideas as to why?

I also see in the manager files, the config file says config.inc.php.blank. I treid to take one from another site and add it with the correct configuation, but have yet to succeed.
I got it to instal after running the install again, not loading the full site. For some reason the configure file never got set int he original set up. If anyone has any insight as to why this occured I would appreciate knowing.
