User Manager Error

After deleting all my modx 0.9.6.3 files and uploading the 1.0.4 files and doing the upgrade everything seems to work fine except I cannot seem to add a user to the manager page. I see this error:

This is due to the submit button accidently being removed. I added this to userform to fix:

@johnnys What file and did you report it to JIRA?

No problem in a new 1.0.4 installation...
