I suppose it could possibly become a problem on shared hosting.

It’s easy enough to work around this if you really need to zip/unzip files from the Manager by using another zip library, as SkinGraft and the bkupMODx modules do.

Thanks sottwell,
so he was right and wasn’t just trying to sell me hardware.
I’m sure the config message is ok and as the admin I’ll be the only one to see it, it would just be nice to use modx in all it’s glory.
I really like this cms because of how easy it is to use templates and try to use it with all my clients.
