Sorry if this has already been resolved, I could find a solution. The problem I am having with 1.04 is that my site tree keeps disappearing. I re-installed, worked fine for a while, and now it’s gone again. See screen cap below.
Any suggestions?

I’ll assume that you tried the Refresh icon, the double-arrows.
When I’ve had a problem with the tree disappearing with any MODx version, it’s been a URL-related problem where the tree would vanish if using "www.jason.com" vs. "jason.com", or vice versa.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and all cookies for the domain? I’ve had stale cookies conflict and mess up my Manager a few times.
I have the same problem on two installs at Lunarpages. There is a suggested fix for it here:

It’s quite the mystery why this would only be happening at Lunar Pages (in multiple browsers and multiple versions of MODx).

I just updated from 1.0.3 to 1.0.4.
I can not create a new resource.
The Title kept empty.
Seems there is a serious plugin problem.
This is still on my localhost.
