I am planning to make quite big changes to one of my sites. My site is currently running with Evo 1.0.4, it has about 50 resources and I think it would be better to switch to Revo 2.0.5 same time while making other changes. I have been reading different posts and other stuff, but I can seem to find simple instructions what would be the best way to do this. Where to start and what to consider? I am now thinking of installing Revolution to a sub directory and copy paste all the needed info while also doing the needed new changes. After this move the site to root and replace the old one. This just involves awfully lot of work, is there any better way to do it?

    Cheers,
    Tommy

Have a look at Provisioner to get your basic revo site structure in place from your evo site, 1.9-beta is due out this week, probably worth waiting for this.
Use MODx, or the cat gets it!
