Requirements for MODx Evolution?

It seems that only requirements for Revolution are listed in the official docs:

What are the PHP/MySQL/OS requirements of MODx Evolution?

PHP > 4.2 (or something along those lines, not sure of the exact version) and

MySQL. One version of MySQL has an ordering bug that causes Wayfinder or Ditto to behave badly, but other than that Evo doesn’t much care which version.

mod_rewrite or something similar that allows URL rewrites if you’re not using Apache for the web server and you want to use Friendly URLs.

I’ve run MODx on Windows 98 with Bad Blue for the web server as a development machine.
