Export Static HTML, Failed! Cannot retrieve document.

    Hi,

    I am getting this error 
    Failed! Cannot retrieve document.
    on a site running 1.04 and on a site running 1.05 RC1, same host, when trying to export static HTML.
    Also when copying these site s to a local xampp install I am getting this error. Another site (MODx 1.05rc1) on the same host plus it s copy on xampp don t have that problem.
    So the, allow_url_fopen = On. Any suggextions?

    PHP Version 5.2.14
    Apache 2.2.17
    MySQL 5.1.48
