Bugs? - Access Permission Conflict / @INHERIT / Transliteration for File Uploads

Hi there,

three things seem to not work right on Evo 1.0.5

1. Manager Users get this message shown:

Because the Web User Groups and Manager User Groups conflict for your Role, this Resource will be public. Contact a site administrator for further help

3. "Use Transliteration for File Uploads" doesn’t work for files (and images if it was supposed to)

not 100% sure that all these are actually bugs, or just me being stupid ...therefore this post

hey sharkbait,
I need to look at each one of these, just haven’t had an opportunity yet. I really want to solve the @INHERIT problem first though.
The transliteration on file manager problem.. it was never incorporated into the TMCE/FCK file manager, just the Elements > Manager Files file manager.
