modx return 404 on website

Hi,

I have a problem with an old modx website (version 0.9.5) - right now I get a 404 error on each page on the website.

Do I have to update the the site’s CMS or is there another way to get around this problem?

Seems to me that mod_rewrite has stopped working so your friendly urls are not getting routed properly.

Okay, what can I do about that?

It’s some time ago I made the site and I’m not a backend guy anymore!

You can try contacting support and they should be able to help you resolve the problem. If you need to fix the website in the mean time turn off rewrites (FURLs) and clear the site cache.
