Install MODx ???

    Hi guys !
    I have a problem with modx installation. I downloaded modx-2.0.4 revolution and tried to start install by clicking on index.php in setup folder but I am geting the message:"Firefox can’t find the file at /C:/Documents and Settings/Home/Desktop/modx-2.0.4-pl2/setup/" . MODX_SETUP_URL . "?s=set.". I have Wampserver 2.0, Apache 2.2.11, PHP 5.3.0 and MySQL 5.1.36.

    If someone knows what could be the problem and solution please reply!

      tried to start install by clicking on index.php

      a) Did you read any of the "getting started"

      b) That is not, how you get to the setup

      c) Have you used > Wampserver before?...

      d) The core files need to be in that path

      e) then? SETUP smiley

        I have read "getting started" and if that helped me I wouldn’t be asking this question here! Would I?
        I am asking this because "getting started" guide isn’t helpful!
        And no, I haven’t use Wampserver before and I’d be grateful if someone give me detailed explanation of modx install process
        and everything that goes with it!

          Well, you said it all above

          a) Learn Wampserver
          b) Then everything will be smooth
          c) See? Really easy, as this is not "Wampserver Support"
