When you save a new element, the whole manager reloads.
Is that only to get the new element name into the elements tree?
If so, it seems like you already implemented the code to refresh the Elements Tree WITHOUT reloading the whole page-- the refresh button on the tree.
Would speed things up if you could use that function to refresh the tree ajax-wise, instead of reloading the whole page.
