    Hi Guys,
    I moved Modx Rev to a new server but now I can’t access the manager at mysite.com/manager - website itself is fine and migrated without issues. All file paths in the config files appear correct.
    I also followed http://rtfm.modx.com/display/revolution20/Moving+Your+Site+to+a+New+Server
    Any ideas please?
    Thanks

    modx 2.0.7
    php 5.2.9
    mysql 5

      Did you re run the setup to update the paths (assuming your site is located in a new place & paths need to be updated) ?
      If not i would do that. If your site is still at the "same place" (if it was & still is in, let’s say, "/home/www") i’d try to clear core/cache/* content.

      I hope this will help,
      Good luck

        If Romain’s suggestions don’t work, take another look at the config.core.php files in these locations:

        § MODX root directory
        § /manager/
        § /connectors/
        § /setup/includes/

        Then double-check both the paths and the URLs in the core/config/config.inc.php file -- especially the URLs. It’s possible that the URLs have an unnecessary prefix:

            $modx_connectors_url= '/yoursite/connectors/';
            $modx_base_url= '/yoursite/';

        instead of

             $modx_connectors_url= '/connectors/';
             $modx_base_url= '/';

        This happened to me when moving a site from a localhost install to a remove server. Even though both sites were in subdirectories, the domain name was unnecessary on the remote. Look at the URL shown when you try to access the manager, that will be an important clue.

          Thanks Guys

          Did all the above but it could also have been that I was moving the site from a server with php in as a cgi application to a server with php installed as an apache module.

          Hmmm

          May help someone else. I switched the destinationm server over to php as cgi application and it kicked in.
