i looked at user acl and other things
our website have differeent user lvels
and we want to allow certain components to be accesible for only certain users
like for gallery we have user group and commenting component we have another user and few more custom componets for too...
so is there a way to restrict/allow a user to access only one/few components from list of components
i found some help with QUIP code but i want to know can we completely hide that component for specific users?

If you really mean "components," you can go to Manager Actions and set custom permissions for them on the right side of the screen (e.g., see_quip). If there is already a permission there, just add a comma and the custom one.
Then just give those custom permissions to the admin Super User (do that first!) and other user’s won’t see those components in the Component menu.
