Where is the System tab in MODx manager?

Hello all,
I’m using MODx 2.0.0 for a fresh new site.
I’ve just created few resource and begin studying way to create a template.
I was looking for useful snippet and the way to install them but cannot access the package management page because there is no a System button here.

As well as, there is no way to create a new Context.

Here is a screenshot of my manager, with default template but look quite different from the image I’ve seen here around.
