Warnings on update from SVN

Hi all,

I updated my revo install from SVN (rev#6471 to rev#6505). I ran the rebuild and the setup, all works fine. At the end of the setup I (mis)clicked on "Toggle warnings" and I get the warnings below.
However my revo seems working fine. I just don’t understand why I get these warnings and if there is an impact I did not see yet...

They are just warnings because your database was already up to date, but the installer was attempting to make sure it was by executing a series of alter statements. You can ignore these unless the Continue button is not enabled after the install process, but instead says Retry.
