empty screen while instaling modx revo beta 5 (not yet solved)

sorry i have posted this question several times but not got the solution yet
so iam giving all details about the server and instalation problem

see the phpinfo of the server here (i just copied the phpinfo data from the server and displayed here and this is not the actual server)

i have followed the docs and solutions including

and forum messages but nothing is worked

i have given 755/644 file permissions and modified settings many times to make it work
i tried with all browsers but just getting empty screen, only in IE its showing 500 internal error message

please reply me how to solve the installation issues

Sorry you’re having so much trouble.

Have you tried re-uploading the MODx files and redoing the install? Sometimes files get corrupted in the transfer. It happens more often than you might think.

Venu: For one, turn safe_mode off in PHP. Whats the MySQL client and server version?

yes i have tried with re uploading files already but not worked
and also safe_mode is on now,will ask my hosting to change it to off (tried with htaccess but not able to change safe_mode value)

mysql and php versions
PHP Version 5.2.12
mysql version 5.0.89

the problem is solved after turning off safe_mode value

Also i have a problem occurred in my local server with package management after upgrading to beta5
(i dont know why iam getting too many errors,may be iam experimenting too much or doing things always wrong)
when i try to install addon iam always getting a message "Package not found"
even tried with local installation but same eroor
the error log shows

[2010-02-18 06:04:18] (ERROR @ /modx/connectors/workspace/packages.php) MODx could not download the file. You must enable allow_url_fopen, cURL or fsockopen to use remote transport packaging.

but i have enabled allow_url_fopen, cURL extension and Sockets Support is enabled
what will be the reason for this

even this problem solved by changing default modx workspace value in the modx_workspaces
not sure why i have changed the directory value before

But anyway thanks a lot
i will keep asking questions (ok first svn docs next here)
