Working with localization of Revo I faced a problem with loading core lexicons by "Reload Core Entries from Base" - console hangs. Other people meet the same problem.
Some files get loaded, but not all and console just hangs - no new massages appear and there is no way to close console or cancel action. It often hangs on message "PHP notice: A non well formed numeric value encountered".
When I turned on FireBug it showed that console sends lots of AJAX requests and they make my Apache use CPU 100%! The only way to stop it is to close browser (or tab).
Later I found more than 8000 files ***-******.msg.php in folder core\cache\registry\mgr\workspace\lexicon\reload\ - they seem to seriously slow down performance.
At first I used Revo beta 3, now I’m useing last SVN version.
Server: Celeron 1200 512Mb with Apache 2.2.9 + MySQL 5 + PHP 5.2.6
To reproduse problem make several core lexicons (e.g. copies of folder "en" but named "fr","es","ru") and try to "Reload Core Entries from Base".
I’m not shure if this is a bug, maybe I just don’t understand something.
