I’ve just this minute updated the above post with a message in the error log, though I don’t think this is strictly related.
This was all done with the default admin user - I refrained from using the "normal" user to rule out it being a permissions issue with that user.
I’ve not changed any permissions around the default admin user or Administrator group.
