What's the proper syntax for Tag-defined Properties?

Hi,

1. According to the docs here: http://svn.modxcms.com/docs/display/revolution/Property+Sets

Tag-defined properties’ syntax is like so:

But in this older thread here: http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php?topic=31583.0;

an & is used before the property name like so

Which of the above is correct? Both?

2. Secondly, how would one call multiple tag-defined properties? Comma separate them? Use &?

UPDATE: answer  TO 2nd QUESTION here: http://svn.modxcms.com/docs/display/revolution/Chunks

Many thanks

Well, it’s actually best policy to use them, since only the first one can be ?.

I always do mine in this syntax, to be safe:

Ok. thanks for the pointers...

Something I find helpful on longer snippet calls is to write them over multiple lines and even give related parts some whitespace to visually organize them, thanks to the new Revo parser:

Thanks for the tips Ryan...though I intend to fully take advantage of property sets to avoid long snippet calls as much as possible

Keep in mind that the baseline parameters can be kept in a property set, and specific ones overridden in the calls. Just a bit more flexibility added to the mix.

True dat...been reading up on this "properties" stuff and it’s only today that it all really sunk in - awesome to say the least!
