How to display an image or texts in a popup window.

Hello,

I am still a beginner of MODx, and I want to make a popup page show an image or texts alone (i.e., with nothing else) by clicking on a certain button. I have been looking up the forum discussions but cannot find any suitable instructions to realize it.

Could someone tell me how to do it, or point me to where I can find the answer?

Fancybox is a solution that can display movies, images and text. It’s pretty easy to implement.

That sounds like the effect you’re looking for. There are many solutions for many JavaScript libraries.

I was considering using jQueryUI - dialog

I have not done so yet but have used other jQueryUI stuff with no problems
