In the latest release (3248, I think), double-clicking on a document in the tree and then clicking on "edit" at the top of the page produces the error message: "No action with ID 27 found."
Right-clicking on the document and selecting "edit" works fine.
It might just be my installation so I thought I’d see if anyone else can duplicate it. I did move some of the documents around in the tree first by dragging them.
