Ooo... I know there’s a way to do this. If I’ve retrieved a MODx doc, how can I get its children? This is related to my other post on the "duplicate()" method. I want to iterate through the children to publish them, set TVs, set permissions etc...
core/model/schema/modx.mysql.schema.xml
That file’s your friend. It has all the aliases for each class. You can use them all on getOne, getMany, and the join methods.

I used to use this as a quick reference (near the bottom):
http://bobsguides.com/revolution-objects.html.
Now I just check the API section in the Appendix of my book (or search the MODx code, which I usually have up in PhpStorm).
Warning: thread jack ahead.....
Speaking of ’the book’, Bob-- when’s it due out? Need anyone to proof the code samples?
Dave
The book is pretty much finished, but I’m waiting patiently for my publisher to get in gear. There’s no publication date, but I’m confident that it will available at some point in the future.

Quite off topic in this thread but are you publishing an e-book version of it as well?
If you do - and it’s in epub - I’ll buy it immediately
