i have moved a site i have developed from one server to another server,
it’s been a nightmare anyway, i managed to work out how dump the database,
changed thee details etc.
did a fresh install of modx another server -
i then imported my database, my assets, components etc.
everything working ok apart from the gallery component, i’ve moved various files over from the old server but still can’t get it to work.
the component is there on the menu but not properly just says;
gallery.menu_desc
so obviously i’m missing some key ingredients, i thought maybe uninstalling and reinstalling the gallery component might sort it but obviously im missing files to unintall so that doesn’t work either,
help!!
Does the gallery component show up in Package Management?
If so, right-click on it and select "remove" and then "force removal"
You may also have to delete all the gallery package files in core/packages (but do the removal first).
