FYI, I believe the problem with opcode caching is solved for the upcoming 2.0.5 release, including issues encountered with APC, eAccelerator, and WinCache. See

I have confirmed this fixes the issue with WinCache. If anyone running from the develop branch in git in an environment where any of the opcode caching systems prevented Revolution from working can confirm this, that would be awesome.
