I tried to remove my post in a different category but I am not able to. Could an admin please do so? What I would like to do is disable the "Access Controls" and "Resource Groups" links within the Security menu. I have set up a new role and have successfully removed permission(s) for everything else.
I need to be able to approve newly registered users for my blog, so I need to keep the "Manage Users" link - all other links can be disabled/removed.

Wow, I guess I’m having one of those days. A registered user does not need "approval". They simply click on the activation link that is sent out in the welcome email. My apologizes. Please remove my other post.

BTW, in the right panel of System->Actions, you should be able to move the "Manage Users" item to the top menu by dragging it there. That way, you can get to it in a single click.
