can't login to manager after moving to new server

I’ve moved an addon domain to its own account and have transferred all my files and database successfully. But now when I try to login to the manager I get a "That account could not be located. Check the username and re-type the password to try again." message. It doesn’t matter what user login I try, I get this same message.

I have also have this problem but after restoring a back-up of a site. Because I am using Revo 2.2.0 restoring a new user seems impossible via the database. You could try this though the third from bottom tip: http://bobsguides.com/modx-newbie-faq.html
