form customization questions

I hope this is the correct topic and forum.

These questions pertain to Revo 2.1.x.

1) How do I hide the introtext field except when the resource is a child of the Home page (announcements)??

2) Is it possible to make certain resource fields (e.g. title, etc.) required to be filled in before the document can be saved??

3) How to not show link attributes field at all??

1. set a form customization constraint on that field with a constraint field of ’parent’ and set the constraint value to the Home page resource ID.

2. I don’t think so (but I could be wrong).

3. Create a form customization rule that sets the visible property of the field to 0.
